Shipping information

Shipping via regular mail anywhere in Canada is $1.99 per scrub hat, with FREE shipping for orders of $79 or more.

For orders to most regions in Canada, please allow 5-7 business days, and a few days longer for remote or Northern regions. Please contact me at michelle@scrubhats.ca if your order takes significantly longer. While we typically ship orders within 48hrs, we do see delays with Canada Post with a small percentage of orders.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me at michelle@scrubhats.ca within 14 days of purchase to return your hats. Please note that the hats must be unworn, in original new condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and expedited shipping costs are not included in the refund.
